1. Consent to Recording
   1. Acknowledgment of Recording: You acknowledge and agree that Bluth Books, LLC may record audio, video, and photographic content during events, including but not limited to presentations, discussions, workshops, panels, and other activities.
   2. Scope of Recording: This consent applies to all forms of recordings, whether conducted in-person, online via digital platforms, or through hybrid means.
   3. Voluntary Participation: By participating in the event, you voluntarily grant Bluth Books, LLC permission to record, reproduce, and use your likeness, voice, and contributions for purposes specified in this agreement.
2. Use of Recordings
   • Authorized Uses: Recordings may be used for, but are not limited to:
     • Promotional materials, marketing, and advertising.
     • Publication on websites, social media platforms, and other digital or physical media.
     • Training, educational, or commercial content development.
   • Duration of Use: Bluth Books, LLC retains the right to use the recordings indefinitely unless otherwise specified in writing.
3. Assignment of Intellectual Property Rights
   1. Exclusive Ownership: You acknowledge that all recordings made by Bluth Books, LLC, including any content created during the event (e.g., speeches, presentations, performances, or other contributions), are the sole property of Bluth Books, LLC.
   2. Waiver of Claims: You waive any claims, rights, or interest in the recordings or any derivative works, including but not limited to claims of compensation, royalties, or acknowledgment.
   3. Moral Rights Waiver: To the extent permissible by law, you waive all moral rights associated with your contributions to the recordings.
   4. Transfer of Rights: If you create intellectual property during the event (e.g., speeches, artwork, or performances), you assign all rights, title, and interest in such content to Bluth Books, LLC upon creation.
4. Release of Liability
   1. Indemnification: By consenting to the terms outlined herein, you agree to release and hold harmless Bluth Books, LLC, its affiliates, employees, contractors, and agents from any claims, liabilities, or damages arising from the use of recordings as described.
5. Opt-Out Options
   1. Request for Non-Inclusion: If you do not wish to be recorded, you must notify Bluth Books, LLC in writing at least 24 hours before the event. Bluth Books, LLC will make reasonable efforts to accommodate such requests, but participation in certain public or group settings may inherently include recording.
6. Governing Law
   1. Jurisdiction: This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of State of Colorado in the United States of America.

You agree not to:

• Use the site for illegal purposes.
• Share or distribute content outside the membership area without authorization.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site or its systems.

Our coaching services are designed to provide general guidance and advice. However, we do not guarantee specific outcomes or results. The success of any coaching program depends on individual commitment, effort, and circumstances. Bluth Books, LLC is not liable for decisions or actions taken based on the coaching provided. Users are encouraged to use their own judgment and seek professional advice when necessary.

To ensure a positive and productive environment for all members:

• Users must respect others and refrain from any abusive, discriminatory, or inappropriate behavior within the members' area.
• The sharing of personal information, unsolicited promotions, or spamming is strictly prohibited.
• Bluth Books, LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these guidelines.
• All content shared by users in forums, comments, or other interactive areas must adhere to these policies and be relevant to the site’s purpose.
